Finding Old Treasures

It had been a while since I picked up my crafting tools. When I went to my closet full of supplies, I noticed a small paper box that I didn’t recognize. Inside were old projects and finished products that I had completely forgotten about.

The first items that caught my attention was a jar full of pins that were knitted baskets to hold knitting supplies. I absolutely adore them since they are less than 2 inches tall. While looking at these, I realized that while I knew what the pin was made of, I have no idea how I made this. I am extremely excited to go back and look at the finer details and hopefully be able to come up with a crafting blueprint to share.

I also found, these cute knitted critters and, again, there were no signs of their design blueprints. With each having such a different and interesting construction, I cannot wait to try and recreate these.

Make Craft Build is my first real attempt at having a blog where I can share not only the crafts that I make but how to make them as well. I am excited to share my journey. I aim to show not only the crafting realm of yarn, thread, and needles but also the kitchen through cooking and baking and the possibilities with a hammer and some nails.
