Fluffy Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe requires quite a bit of sugar. In fact, there is a 2:3 ratio of sugar to flour which is pretty high. But the sugar is a mix of white sugar and brown sugar to add another layer of rich flavor to the cookies. Butter Crackers

Since I made hummus last week, I wanted to try my hand at making a something to dip into it! Crackers seemed like a good place to start since it’s always been a curiosity for me. Since I do love the buttery crackers I can get from store, a butter-based cracker sounded like a good way to go!
