Spice Rubbed Tinfoil Salmon

I will say, as a pescatarian, fish is one of the only meats that I cook and I've always been a bit hesitant to approach this one. I feel like fish is one of those things to either easily overcook or undercook and it's hard to get the fish just right. Salmon is one in particular that I had a hard time making. Baked Catfish

Being pescatarian, I am always experiment good fish recipes. Recently I found that I have a deep love for catfish. It's absolutely delicious and can be cooking in so many different ways but today I wanted to go over a baked catfish recipe. The best part of this dish is how easy and fast it is to prepare. There really is only 5 minutes of prep time and approximately 15 minutes of cook time. And with that, you'll have a lovely golden brown meal.
