Blueberry Compote

Blueberry Compote is a sweet, delicious, syrupy topping that goes well with any breakfast or dessert!

Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-ounce container Blueberries
  • Cup Granulated Sugar
  • Cup Water

Method
 

  1. Put half of the blueberries, sugar, and water into a sauce pot
  2. Place pot on low to medium heat and let simmer, stirring often.
  3. After blueberries burst, add in remaining berries.
  4. Cook until compote coats the spoon
  5. Enjoy!!
