Fluffy Pancakes

These fluffy and light pancakes are perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Who doesn’t love a sweet, delicious treat at all times of the day?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Butter softened

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl – combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl – combine milk, egg, and butter.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Grease pan as desired. Turn on stove to medium heat.
  5. Ladle 1/3rd cup of the batter onto a flat surface. Flip halfway through the process (Each side should take about 2 minutes).
  6. Enjoy!
