Glazed Salmon

This glazed salmon has a delicious umami flavor and a sweet and sticky sauce that enhances both flavors for a delectable dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic minced
  • A Pinch of Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9 by 9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. (optional for easy clean up)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down, into the baking dish, Brush with ½ of the glaze mixture. Bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Brush on the remaining sauce and cook for another 5-8 minutes or until done. The salmon should either be easily flaked with a fork or have an internal temperature of 145. Remove from oven and let rest in the baking dish for 3-5 minutes.
