Banana Chocolate Muffins
The muffins are a celebration of chocolate and banana goodness. Especially fresh out of the oven, the chocolate melts in the mouth and the banana provide a warm rich flavor. It’s hard to eat just one.

- 1 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- ⅔ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ Cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 to 4 Ripe Bananas
- ½ Cup Chocolate Chips Optional
Preheat the oven to 350 Degree F
Whisk together dry ingredients
Mash bananas
Cream together sugar and butter
Add bananas and eggs to the butter/sugar mixture
Add dry ingredients in 3 parts until fully incorporated. Mix should be fully incorporated after each addition
Fold in chocolate chips if desired
Bake for 30-40 minutes

Optional Flavors
Instead of adding Cinnamon, you can add nutmeg, cloves or ginger or a mix if you so desire!
Instead of adding Chocolate chips, you can add chopped walnuts or other nuts. I have also seen some people add dried fruits
