Stir together flour, salt, turmeric powder, and yeast together.
Mix olive oil and water together and slowly add into the flour mixture.
Use stand mixer and dough hook to mix into a dough and knead until smooth and springy to the touch. This can also be done by hand.
Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let proof for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape small sections of dough into flat circle, cut into quarters with an attachment in the center. roll one section gently and then slowly layer the other three around the center roll. For an additional layer, add only more circle of layers to the exterior of the dough.
Place in a muffin tin to keep shape.
Let proof for one hour or until double in size.
Preheat oven to 430°F
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until tips are golden
