Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup White Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoon Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, white sugar, and brown sugar.
  2. Add almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. The cookie dough will be quite dry at first, keep mixing until the proper texture is achieved. If needed, add an additional teaspoon of milk.
  3. Form into one big ball and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 325° Fahrenheit.
  5. Make small dough balls from the large ball. Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let sit on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing and placing on a cooling rack.
