Apple Chips
Apple Chips are a great snack that take very little effort to make and taste absolutely delicious!

- 3 Apples
- Ground Cinnamon for sprinkling
- Pinch of Salt optional
Preheat oven to 225° Fahrenheit.
Cut each apple into slices that each have an approximately ⅛ inch thickness. Remove seeds, stalks, and calyx of each apple.
Lay each slice flat on a tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon (and salt, if desired).
Bake for 2 to 2 ½ hours. All moisture should be removed the apples, they should be crisp to the touch and browned around the edges.
