Kale Chips

Kale chips are a great, flavorful, and healthy snack perfect for munching while watching a movie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300° Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut Kale into smaller chunks about 1 inch in width and length.
  3. In a large bowl, add kale, olive oil, salt, cumin, and paprika. Mix and coat the kale with the spice mixtures.
  4. Lay out Kale on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
  5. Enjoy!!
