Method
- Pour orange juice into a medium pan and simmer for about 25 – 30 minutes until reduced to 1/8 cups. Pour into a small bowl and leave to cool.
- Combine both chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Heat cream until boiling and stir into the chocolate until a smooth mixture forms.
- Add the orange juice concentrate into the chocolate mixture.
- Place ganache into desired container and let set.

Notes
For a thicker ganache, add more chocolate.
For a thinner ganache, add more heavy whipping cream.
