Royal Icing

Royal Icing is great for decorating cookies and giving a hard and sugary crust.

Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 4.5 Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs Whites
  • Water as needed

Method
 

  1. Combine egg whites and vanilla extract, beat until frothy
  2. Slowly add sugar until fully incorporated and shiny
  3. Turn mixer to high and beat icing until high and glossy. About 5 minutes.
  4. If mixture is to thick, use water to thin out the icing.
