Snickerdoodle Cookies

Snickerdoodles are a soft and indulgent cookie, rich with sugar and buttery goodness.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¾ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 6 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and 1 ½ cup sugar until well combined.
  • Add in eggs, one at a time until completely blended.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup sugar and cinnamon.  
  • Shape dough into 1 to 1 ½ inch balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture until the outside is thoroughly coated.
  • Bake for approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
