Method
- Cut apples into 1 cm chunks, pat dry and set aside.
- Put sugar and 3 tbsp of water into a medium pan, dissolve gently and then boil to a rich caramel color.
- Remove from heat and stir in apple chunks.
- Leave for 3 minutes, or until caramel has thickened.
- Remove the apples from the sauce.
- Enjoy!!
