Toffee Apples

Toffee Apples are an easy to make and quick sweet treat that is a celebration of apple and caramel.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 13 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Apples peeled and shaped
  • ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar

Method
 

  1. Cut apples into 1 cm chunks, pat dry and set aside.
  2. Put sugar and 3 tbsp of water into a medium pan, dissolve gently and then boil to a rich caramel color.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in apple chunks.
  4. Leave for 3 minutes, or until caramel has thickened.
  5. Remove the apples from the sauce.
  6. Enjoy!!
